| Why do you charge recipients a one-time fee for membership? |
|
The one time fee recipients pay for membership
is used to advertise for donors and to maintain the website. This is a
non-refund membership fee.
For the $150 fee you have access to site for life, the ability
to contact donors with profiles available for life and an initial
ad/profile (during the first year) which is good for a year. But after
that first year is over, we charge $35 to add a profile and that profile
will be good for a year.

| Can I see/read an ad/profile before I join/pay for membership? |

Yes, you can read a copy of all of our donors' ads/profiles at the “View Only – Ads/Profiles” section of the site at:

| I paid/applied for a recipient membership but I still don’t have access to the donor’s ads/profiles. Am I doing something wrong? |

out how to view recipient profiles. I registered but now I don’t know
how to access the recipient listings. Can you help? |

| Can you tell me what is your refund policy for recipient membership subscriptions? |
|
The $150 US dollars we charge recipient families is non-refundable.
Due to the nature of this website, after a recipient family accesses the restrictive area of the website where donor ads/profiles are available for contact, we do not issue a refund.
For anyone who has not accessed the restricted area of the website within the 1st two weeks of registration and asks for a refund (within the 1st two weeks), we give a partial refund. We charge a $35 dollar cancellation fee.

Copies of embryo donor ads/profiles are available at the link below to view onl. Please keep in mind that not all donors submit an ad/profile. Sometimes they prefer to contact recipient families with ads/profiles available at the website.

To post or contact a donor or recipient ad/profile you need to first apply for membership if you have not done so yet at:

you must fill out part 1 and part 2 of the ad submission form
to be able to add an ad/profile. You can navigate to part 1 and part 2
by using the drop down menu "Listings/Ads Jump" at the top of the
listings/ads page. |

| How do I edit my ad/profile? |
|
The ability to edit an ad is currently just
possible through the administrator. We would be glad to change it for
you, just let us know what you need to have changed in your ad (from
text - to text) and we will change it for you.

| Is it possible to add a picture to our ad, even though it has already been posted? |
|
| Yes, to add a picture to an existing
ad/profile you can resubmit a new ad/profile part - 1 with your picture
in it. Please note: this option is just available within the first 10
days after you submitted your ad. If you want to add a photo to your ad
after your ad/profile is available at the site for more than 10 days you
will need to email us a photo and we will add a photo for you within
the text part of your ad. In this case your ad will not contain/show a
photo icon by the title. But we will add a *photo added* note to it. |

| Do I have to post an ad/profile to be able to be matched? |
|
| If you are an embryo recipient, no, but we
suggest to our recipient members to consider posting an ad/profile at
our listings to better improve their chances of making a match. |
