Couple to possibly donate - Just looking for now
Right now we just want to view a few profiles for my husband to decide if he wants to go through with this and what level of open adoption. I am interested in sharing photos and sending cards and more want the child to know when they become a teenager. They should know where they came from. Husband is feeling more like he doesn't want to know anything until they are an adult/teen and it would be emotionally hard on him to know about their lives before that. He doesn't know if he can trust anyone else raising his biological child and wants to feel it out first. We renew our yearly payment to keep the embryos frozen in April, so trying to get a jump start on the decision making process.
Similar race and background would be helpful. Prefer for there not to be too many other children in the family. We are both very intelligent people and the child would need to be challenged intellectually. My husband is 6'3" from South Dakota farm areas, very strong, mechanically minded, blonde hair and blue eyes. Currently works as a technician, but is going to school for engineering management. I am 5'4", blonde hair and green eyes, Registered Nurse, more spiritual and empathetic. We both did a DNA test through 23andme when they did extensive health reports and we both are clear of major issues.
